We provide you with a fixed price based on our experience, sending out one of our professional teams to handle your project

Absolutely! We can supply you with a list of references. We have painted for many satisfied clients in neighborhoods throughout your area. Check us out on google :)

The only way our price will increase or decrease is if something is added or subtracted from the original scope of work. If you request any changes they will be documented and a change order will be sent to you for signature before it is executed

A. The age-old advice to “get three estimates for your project" still holds true. Ultimately, you want to choose someone who appears trustworthy, will do the right job the right way, and will stand behind his/her work. Here are a few additional things to consider:
Before you hire anyone, ask for a list of references and check them.
Get your painting contractor’s mailing address, phone number, email address, and Home Improvement License number. Reputable painters will be willing to share this information with you.
Ask what type of paints will be used on your surfaces. (Many manufacturers have different grades of paint, so you want to know specifically what your contractor will use on your home.)
Ask how many years the company has been in business and how many employees they have. Long-standing companies with their own trained employees may be more reliable.
Find out if company painters receive training on techniques and safety. This is standard practice in higher quality companies.
Make sure you receive a detailed written contract (often called a “Proposal”) specifying all work to be performed with a start and finish date, along with a warranty statement.
Inquire about payment terms. Contractors have a right to receive a deposit up front to purchase material and pay their labor, but be wary of those who request a large deposits before work begins.

We believe the best product on the market is from Fine Paints of Europe. Fine Paints of Europe products are truly the cream of the crop. We love to use them. We are also big fans of Benjamin Moore products. Specifically the Regal Select line and for all woodwork we love Benjamin Moore Advance!
-
We leave leftover paint along with a color schedule for each surface that was painted. We save each client’s color schedule for any touch-ups or future repaints.

We have received this question a few times and while we are not the cheapest we do stand behind our quality of work. We are not a company that just slaps paint on the walls. We have a detailed training process for our painters and strict guidelines to accomplish what we consider detailed finished work. Sure there are always cheaper options however going with the cheapest may cost you more in the long run.
